Photo Techniques:
Oblique Photography
This technique of photography is preferred for displaying areas and its adjacent spaces. In many of the instance, the location and requirements of the work applies for high-level or low-level obliques for best display of your property. Oblique photos are shot from various angles to the ground, except straight down (verticals). They are commercially used for marketing, corporate brochures, sales portfolios, construction progress, wall displays, investment packages, publications, websites, events, insurance or legal records, etc.

Using oblique technique you can show all aorund the property including the sorrounding. Sample this showing this multilevel floor property with green forest paradise and the short distance to the beach.
This is the ground normal shoot point of view:

Vertical Photography
The vertical view is looking straight down on to the subject. The wall elevations are not visible, but property outlines and access routes are extremely clear. This type of photograph can be combined with custom graphics to make a "map" of your property. An example of this would be a satellite style photo but at closer range and higher resolution. This application its most used to show big size properties or huge range of area. Never compared to other low resolution Internet satelite applications.
